As soon as your plans are fairly definite, just give us a call to set up your

reservation.  We always suggest as much notice as possible, several days

for airport service and at least two weeks for hourly charters.  However

seasonal, off-hour and special events will dictate more notice time so try to

plan accordingly.

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal as you come down the

escalator area from your arriving gate, holding a sign with your name on it.

If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office

right away 804-355- 5466 or 800-546- 6499 and we will assist you

immediately.

Absolutely! Our customers are always welcome to visit our offices during

standard office hours to view and reserve vehicles. We enjoy showing off

our fleet, but ask that customers make an appointment ahead of time so we

can plan accordingly for your visit and have the vehicles on site.

In most cases, the limousine Sprinters have a minimum hourly rental terms

that will apply. And there are many advantages to this structure, especially

for special events and occasions. You have the same vehicle and chauffeur

guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the

vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available

to you as directed. It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the

vehicle at your disposal for the specified rental period.

All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and refreshment towels. Sprinter

Limousines are set up with ice, sodas, bottled water, glassware, and

napkins. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger in

the vehicle is over the age of 21. Customers are welcome to bring their

own snacks, beverages and coolers. Kegs, Styrofoam or glassware or

containers are not permitted on buses or vans.

The following services require a ½ down non-refundable deposit at time of

booking: Wine Tours, Weddings, Proms, Night on the Town, Concerts, or

Special Events in our Sprinters. Exceptions are only made due to extreme

weather conditions that result in the inability to traverse the roads.

A credit card is required to make a reservation. Any airport reservation

canceled within a two (2) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be

subject to a full charge for the quoted price. Any reservation for our Sprinter

that is cancelled within a one week (7 days) of the scheduled pick-up time

will be subject to a full charge of the hourly rate for the required minimum

hours that was agreed upon at the time of booking less the deposit. By

booking a limousine you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions are

only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight

cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.
